# Reports and Exports FX-PML can export canvas images and generate Word reports for solved source/model combinations. ## Canvas Images Use **File > Screen to File** to save the current canvas view as an image. Use **File > Screen to Clipboard** to copy the canvas view. The exported canvas reflects the current view, active model selection, zoom, and overlays. ## Word Reports After running the solver, select an active model result and click **View Reports**. FX-PML prompts for a `.docx` output path. ![[Images/Generated-Report.png]] The generated report includes: - Report header and page footer. - Selected source and consequence model title. - File options. - Source inputs. - Consequence model inputs. - Consequence model results. - Site canvas image. - Per-asset results. - Loss summary. - Analysis audit messages. ## Report Contents The results table includes asset name, damage level, RCV, damage percentage, and loss. The loss summary applies debris removal, other additional costs, and inflation from the project options. The analysis audit section includes captured solver messages for the selected source and model. Use this section to trace warnings, assumptions, and key calculation messages. ## When to Regenerate Regenerate the report after changing any inputs, rerunning the solver, changing the active model result, or adjusting the canvas view that should appear in the report.
