FX-PML.exe can be run from the command line as follows. Note in the example below the path to FX-PML.exe was already added to the users PATH environmental variable. The switch `--run` must be supplied along with the filename. No GUI will be shown. Instead the messages normally issued to the message window in the GUI will be printed to the console. This feature allows AI to run files and parse the results (including loss $MM values) for use in other summaries/programs.
